Hay’s has built its reputation on the delicious lamb served on its menu. The lamb is farmed at the Pigeon Bay property of owners Celia and Allan Hay. In addition, the menu offers an appetising selection of New Zealand fare using local, seasonal produce. The Head Chef is Liliane Huckle, who has been in this role since 1995. |
